29 foot Class C, Ford 350, regular gas, 2911 length, under 20,000 miles
Rear walk around bed full size with real mattress, queen over cab, booth dinette, light/bright white cabinets, great battery refrigerator. Original valances grey, all are now covered in beach under sea material, easily removed back to grey. Dinette bottom cushions are in under sea Sunbrella material and can be removed back to grey. Sleeps 8, 2" Sidewall with Azdel Composite Backing, NPS 4500 eco Yamaha generator with little use, propane for heat and stove (no oven, cupboard), both used very little. We used convection microwave oven. Dicor Diflex II TPO roof, maintained with protection Dicor. Power awning 20, LED light strip. Cameras all around. Wingard air 360+ antenna, solar ready. No front TV (bracket is there), but has bed wall TV. Hitch 5000# Reese receiver, Maxxair vent covers. Lots of storage, several Rotocast basements and large back basement.
Side door is back from the front of the awning so you dont get wet. Extra electric cord, dogbone, adapters (50/30, etc), dump hoses, water hose, filters. No steps to have to deal with, rear ladder, bug screens for vents, fitted sunshades around. No kids, no pets, no smoking, several minor changes that can be put back in/out: ledge behind couch, board off below couch to get to storage, door swing arm block-out curtain, step up on each side of bed, mirror covers, headlight covers, dirt skirt, tire covers around and extra ones, also a pair that is cracked and used for storage area. Amsoil in engine, always waxed, run-up angle boards. (Additional, separate equipment available for tow car.) Have traveled for years for our volunteering and this has been the best one, went larger, now smaller.
UNSURE OF TRIM, SELECTED 2800SF, OR FIRST ONE. Still working on finding out.
