Description

Cozy camper van with spacious feel & 31" wide aisle. Bed is 39" by 72+". Ceiling is 6'1" high. TONS of storage with options for carrying unusually long items when necessary. Great little home on wheels.

Will send more pics if requested.
Includes:

HOUSE:
..Insulated throughout with 1" foam board & 2-3 of havelock wool.
..Pine & Cedar tongue & groove walls & ceiling
..Butcher Block counters with flip-up counter extension
..Locking Vinyl Plank flooring
..Comfy sofa for lounging
..Bookcase
..2 burner Coleman propane stove
..Bouge RV 30 qt fridge (purchased November 2024)
..Trelino Separating Toilet
..Espar heater tapped directly into gas tank
..2 Maxxair vent fans with remote. (1 fan doesn't work properly but works great as a vent to allow other fan to pull air through the van)
..Pass-thru for plugging into shore power if wanted.
..Portable shower can easily be set up between back doors or inside sliding door.

ELECTRICAL:
..5 dimmable LED lights
..3 12v outlets (cigarette lighter style)
..3 12v outlets for USB A & USBC charging
..2 100ah house batteries. Can be charged by solar on roof or by alternator when driving.
..Goal Zero portable power supply (1500w w/3000w surge capacity). I've used it for an inverter when I need 110 power. Can be charged from the solar panels on roof or by house batteries.
..400W of solar panels on the roof making a side-by-side system (200w each). I have never run out of power, even with days of rain.
..Fuse box for lighting, outlets, heater, fridge & fans.
..Victron solar charge controller
..GoPower Battery Monitor for easy viewing of house battery status.
This electrical system is set up with wires OUTSIDE the walls, but inside the cabinets. This is so I could easily access them if I ever needed to do repairs (never needed) or make adjustments (that did happen a couple of times). Easy to trace wires when you can see them by emptying a cupboard.

WATER:
..Very simple system for water storage (2 6gal fresh, 1 1gal gray; plenty of room for a bigger gray tank or more fresh water instead. I never needed a gray tank, so I carried more fresh.)
..Solar powered or rechargeable battery powered faucet puts water out slowly to conserve.

VAN:
..Promaster 2500, 159 WB, High Roof
..BF Goodrich KO2 Tires great for dirt roads (slight cupping on 2 of them...checked w/Discount Tire and they are safe for plenty of miles yet). Tires have about 34Kmiles on them.
..Van has 140,300 miles on it. (Will climb slightly as I drive it for errands, etc.)
Transmission rebuilt about 7K miles ago, so broken in, and with a whole new life on it.
I've had this van for the past 4 years and have had many great adventures in it. All oil changes & tire rotations and recommended service maintenance have been strictly adhered to. All necessary repairs have been done promptly by professional mechanics. I have most of the receipts for the work that has been done while I've owned it. It runs really well. I have LOVED this van, and I'm sad to see it go, but my next chapter awaits. I want it to go to a good home.
