Ready to roll! Ford Chassis with V10 engine. All non-smoking owners and always kept in closed storage in winter. This RV has more improvements than we can list, but we'll try. Generator just serviced and runs great. Replaced rear view camera to give better view. New ceramic toilet. Replaced all fixtures. Door blind replaced with new design. Custom outside cooking added. All new Roku televisions (outside one too!). Small Camera monitor (6") replaced with Boss Audio large 10" monitor on swivel. CarPlay/Android pairing works great. Portable XM receiver dock installed and ready (XM receiver not included). Large rear view mirror installed above dash to see what's going on in the cabin behind the driver while driving. 120VAC Outlets and USB ports installed in several key locations. Lights replaced with LEDs. The washer/dryer combination was removed and that space turned into a much more useful closet with motion sensor light and convenience outlet. Added switch with intensity control to lights above Master Bed. Added shelves and outlet (with USB) next to Master Bed (For CPAP too). All maintenance items up to date. Outside shore power connection added to make it easier to access. Incredibly clean and easy Macerator system added at water compartment with easy manifold control of all water and waste. Macerator will pump waste up to 100' away through a standard water hose (See photo). NO MORE Stinky Slinky! (but there is one on board that is new in the package - never needed it)). Cabinets have added 3/4" shelves for improved storage. The only negative is that the water to the fridge is turned off. So ice maker and water does not work. After repairing the fridge, replacing all the water lines and reinstalling the fridge, we discovered that the new lines had a leak. We thought it was too much trouble to pull it out and fix, so turned off the water.
