2011 copper canyon, tires replace in May with Hankook 12 ply, electric fireplace, roof accessories sealed a few months ago along with windows and slides. 10-gallon hot water heater replaced in May doesn't work on propane I think needs to be adjusted, 50-amp upgrade and converter is a month old. has a sitting toilet with bidet. 2x 30-pound propane tanks. lower vinyl trim replaced less than a month ago. ac serviced in September. furnace works; kitchen and bathroom sink faucet replace a few months ago as well as shower valve and shower head. bedroom slide has hard plastic for outside bottom floor and did crack its sealed with belly tape and doesn't affect it working, main slide had cracked epdm at front and was sealed with eternal bond tape. some damage from tire blow out but was sealed with belly tape, comes with all accessories, sewer hoses, water hose, extension power cable, surge protector, wheel levels. pop up tv does work as well as speakers. mattress is 14" medium plush hybrid it's a month old.
