Lightly used well-built four-season travel trailer made by Outdoors RV. It is a 2022 model year, and the model is 22FQS. It has a single slide out (of the dining table, which also makes into a full-length twin bed). It has a full-size queen-size bed in the aft, and a walk-in bath with separate shower in the rear. It has granite counter tops and lots of kitchen counter space and lots of storage. It is a heavy-duty build with 16 inch wheels and shocks on the dual axels. We live in Colorado, and have only had it out of state once (a single trip to Glacier National Park in Montana). Otherwise, it has only been on 3-4 short trips within the state each year. Overall, it is in excellent shape. No leaks or structural issues, and everything works just as it did when purchased. A new trailer of this model would cost over $50k. Will sell for $29,990.
