Camper is in like new condition. We purchased camper new and originally planned to live in it while our kitchen and bathrooms were renovated but realized once we got it set up in our backyard that our plumbing connection was too high to connect to the camper so we held off renovating the bathrooms and kept the camper. Its been used occasionally in the backyard and has only been pulled off of our property 6 times to actually go camping.
