Like new 2021 Forest River Surveyor Luxury 245BHS in excellent condition. Lightly used on only a handful of trips since we bought it and garage kept. It has a slide, master w/ Queen size bed and upgraded mattress. Closet space on either side of master and full door system to separate master space from kitchen and dinette. Premium finishes, heat and AC that works very well for the size. Also comes w/ winter package, so under carriage is sealed/insulated and plumbing has heating elements that can be turned on at the panel. Solar, cover for slide out and awning and cover for slide both treated to prevent mold. it's got the double bunk and larger bathroom. Out door shower and kitchen w/ fridge. Everything in the trailer works and is functional. Also comes w/ trailer extras like trailer brake (it's the one w/ the portable controller and mechanism mounted to the trailer, so is radio activated from any care w/ cigarette lighter power, does not require wired trailer brake). We have water hosing, filters and many extras. Tires were replaced approx 1 or 1.5 years ago and have only 150 miles on them, brand new. Only thing I can think of is the batteries might need to be replaced eventually. They work fine now but have not been serviced or replaced. This was the shortest/lightest trailer we could fine w/ a full master and bunks. Finally it has upgraded entry steps that are super stable and best I've ever seen for entry and exit.
