Less than 1 year old, used 3 times for 1 night each locally by 2 adults. Everything works, smells new, all camping extras we bought are included. Shower used twice -- used toilet at campgrounds instead of in trailer, so black tank in good shape. Has solar so we could do off-road camping, but never got a chance. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 recliners that heat, vibrate, and have colored lights.

It has theater seating and a booth dinette that converts to a bed, LED HDTV with internet, JBL bluetooth enabled stereo system - like for Pandora or iPad sound. We installed backup camera on top back of trailer to make backing into camping spots easier and for watching traffic behind you. The tow package with sway bars we bought for our truck is included. The front queen-size bed has a privacy curtain that you can draw to create a semi-private bedroom. The 18' electric awning has LED lights. Plugs for electric, gas, and water sprayer are also outside under the awning area, and stereo speakers. A full-size tire is under the camper, and lots of lighted storage. Dual axles. Extra lengths of expandable tubing to reach septic areas are cleverly hidden under the trailer.

It has oversized tank capacities, an extra-large 2" fresh water drain valve, a ducted A/C system, a power tongue jack (I hook this trailer up by myself and I am a 75 year old woman), and a heated and enclosed underbelly with suspended tanks. There is a designated heat duct to the subfloor and a residential ductless heating system throughout. The XLS Solar Package comes with a 165W roof mounted solar panel, a 25 Amp charge controller, a 12V 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, and roof mounted quick connect plugs.
