This privately owned All-Electric 2023 Tiffin Motorhomes Phaeton 44 OH is a luxurious 45-foot motorhome with most all options in excellent condition with only 8,800miles. We have decided to purchase a home in the RV park where we spend the winter and reluctantly sell our great motorhome. All maintenance and service has been done at the Tiffin factory. The RV will be in Donna Tx for the next 2 months.
This 44 OH floorplan features real wood Amber Glazed finish, a large living area with two extra-large size theatre recliners and a large sofa that makes into a queen size bed. The dining area has a pull-out dining table, a 6-pullout-drawers pantry, and large residential refrigerator/freezer. It has a dishwasher (which we have never used) and a convection microwave over with an air-fryer feature. The 44 OH has a bath and a half, a mid-bedroom with king sized bed, a large rear bath with dual sinks, large shower, and a large walk-in closet. The closet houses a washer/dryer as well. There is a central vacuum.
Safety is a significant feature in this robust Power Glide Chassis Phaeton, with the Mobile Eye adaptive cruise control. Additionally, it is equipped with a range of convenience features such as integrated navigation, entertainment systems, climate control options, and a Spyder Controls Multiplex System central touchscreen for managing coach functions. It is powered by a 450 Hp Cummings Diesel engine and has a 10 KW generator. Three heat pumps (2 with furnace assist if desired) provide complete climate control. The solar cell option is also included for extended non-hook-up operation.
There are two full width bay pull-out trays for easy access to stored items. An aqua hot system provides hot water and furnace assist.
