Basement below the living area is fully climate controlled so no plumbing issues and easy access to all electrical and plumbing. There is a huge insulation barrier between the floor and the outside created by the basement.

2nd bedroom has a couch that turns into bunk beds and has a built-in desk, USB port and built in computer monitor on the wall. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower that has a bench, a porcelain toilet and a full-sized sink with plenty of storage.

Dual 20lb Propane tanks, a 1000 watt sine wave inverter and a fully digital LCI touchscreen system ensure the rig is easily monitored and controlled. (you can monitor and control the rig from any smart phone). Rides on a Morryde 4000 system with G load tires dated 2022. Runs 50 amps and has an electronic cord retractor for easy storage of the electric cord. Includes a backup camera. Has an automatic hydraulic leveling system - press one button to level and it stays level at all times automatically.

Bought this new to move my family back from Texas to Arizona and now the kids are in college. Price is FIRM but will consider trades to a smaller gas class A or C, interesting cars, or you tell me.
