We purchased this River Ranch new to move our family from Texas back to Arizona, and it performed flawlessly. Now that the move is behind us and the kids are in college, it's simply more coach than we need.

What immediately sets this River Ranch apart is that it doesn't feel like an RVit feels like a small luxury apartment.

This unit comes with the optional RESIDENTIAL 2.5 ton AC / HEAT PUMP - No roof mounted units - all ducted through the floor - Additionally comes with a gas heater also ducted in the floor. Unlike the noisy rooftop units found on nearly every other RV, this coach cools and heats quietly and evenly through floor ducting, making it comfortable to live in year-round.
