The 2020 CROSSROADS HAMPTON DESTINATION is a luxury Park Model trailer designed for those who crave the ultimate in comfort and style while enjoying lake living. The interior features a modern kitchen with high-end, residential sized, stainless steel appliances which include a gas stove, side by side refrigerator with two drawer freezer on the bottom and a full sized microwave. The spacious kitchen also has a nice sized pantry, plenty of counter and cabinet space and a countertop dishwasher. The living area is comfortable with plush seating which includes two loveseats which fold out to queen sized beds and an electric double recliner. The living area also sports an electric fireplace and a large screen tv on the wall above it.

The bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress and storage underneath. The bedroom closets have been remodeled to allow for more convenient use. The bathroom has an upgraded residential toilet and is configured on the diagonal for more space and a full sized shower.

The large lanai is 22x11 and provides a spacious entry area from the driveway which includes a large carport. The lanai provides lots of natural light. There is a cabinet configuration which can be used for a dry bar or craft area and additional wall shelving. It comes furnished with a leather chair and ottoman and a cloth recliner. There is an addition on the back which houses the washer and dryer, a small freezer and has lots of extra storage space.

The exterior of the trailer is equally impressive, with a sturdy construction that can withstand the elements. There is also a detached 10x12 shed with concrete pad beneath.

This RV home is located on Lake Rousseau in the beautiful Lake Rousseau Resort in Crystal River, Florida, home of the manatees. The resort has a year round heated pool, community activities, boat dock, boat storage and a tiny on-site store in the resort office. This park model sits on one of the nicest lots in the resort, close to the clubhouse, pool and boat dock. We have moved to a different area but can honestly say we loved the trailer, the resort and the resort management. The people there are very friendly, as well. Lake Rousseau Resort has the lowest lot rent in the area when compared to other RV resorts in the area. Currently listed for 65,000 but welcome reasonable offers. There is a golf cart available that could be negotiated.
