2021 Lance 2445 Travel Trailer Exceptionally Well Cared For, Loaded with Upgrades

Our kids are teenagers and no longer enjoy camping :( So we're selling our dream trailer. This 2021 Lance 2445 is a clean, well-maintained travel trailer that has been lightly used and responsibly cared for. We are the second owner, having purchased it in 2021, and it has been an excellent summer camping trailer for our family of four.

Over the past five years, the trailer has been used on approximately 30 weekend trips, primarily for summer camping. It has always been stored at Verdi Executive Storage in Reno in covered storage, so it has been protected from direct sunlight and winter weather its entire life with us. The trailer is winterized every fall and thoroughly cleaned after every trip. No pets and never smoked in.

Condition

The trailer is in great condition inside and out. Everything works as expected with one exception:

• The oven and stove are subject to a manufacturer's warranty recall that has not yet been completed. This is a known recall and can be handled through an authorized service center.

Other than that, the trailer has been very reliable and well cared for.
