The 2020 Forest River Salem Villa Classic 40FDEN is a luxurious park model trailer designed for those looking to enjoy extended stays in a home away from home.

Spacious front living area surrounded by very large windows, and a sliding glass door. Well appointed kitchen with stone-like countertop, residential refrigerator, double basin recessed stainless sync, and ample cabinets with a large pantry.

Bathroom has mirrored vanity cabinet, large shower with sliding doors, large storage pantry, and a ceramic residential toilet.

Bedroom has a residential king sized bed, storage under the bed with outside access, and lots of storage in cabinets.

Exterior: 11x19 Patio Mate (11 Panel) screen room (new canopy roof spring 2025) (deck can be available, buyer responsible for pickup of deck and screen room within 14 days of sale).

Other features: Fireplace in the living room. Suburban 10 gallon propane/electric hot water heater. TWO 15K BTU Coleman Mach Air Conditioners. 50Amp electrical connection. Two 30# propane tanks.

This trailer is intended for long term placement in an RV Park. This unit does not have holding tanks, pumps, etc.. The plumbing is intended to be direct connected to the campground water and sewer system.

Current issues as of 3-31-2026: Water ingress in the hallway across from the bathroom (possibly from window, or rear of front slide). Flooring discoloration near water ingress area. Floor does feel firm. Water heater 110v wire needs to be replaced. Bedroom cabinet drawer glides need replaced. Roof is not known to leak, but may need attention. Tires mfg date is 2019. Roof ventilation and plumbing vents have cracks, needing replaced. Plumbing water leak under shower. Insulation and belly covering is removed. Some of the paneling in the hallway has been removed. Front slide out has some "ripplie like" tearing on the corner of the slide roof (roof membrane needs replaced). Slide seals in front slide are not in great condition. A drawer in the bedroom needs to be repaired. The couch with power headrest and recline has pealing in the vinyl. Does not have an awning (has the 11x19 PatioMate screen room in its place).
