Are you looking for a 5th wheel with a bunk room? We are selling our fifth wheel after living in it full-time for two years. We are the second owners. The original owners bought the fifth wheel from Camping World in 2018 and lived in it full-time while it was hooked up in their backyard as they rented their house. We purchased it two years ago and lived in it full-time at an RV park. As a result, the fifth wheel has probably traveled fewer than 200 miles between the two locations. We have converted the fifth wheel to a stationary unit. As a result, we installed a residential fridge, a washer, and a vented dryer. However, if you plan to travel with it, all the connections are in place to revert to a propane refrigerator.

9. Main bedroom AC unit (RecPro RV Air Conditioner 15K Quiet AC Unit with Heat Pump, Remote Control)
10. Kitchen faucet, bathroom sink faucet, and shower fixtures.

The sale includes everything, including the living room TV. All the mattresses in the bunk room are new, and the only items not included are the main bedroom mattress and TV.
