This gorgeous 370FB was purchased to live in while working in LA after selling our house. After only six months of using it, we decided to leave LA and the unit has been stored on our property since. After a year we are now ready to sell it so someone else can get great use out of it.

The unit is like new and has cosmetic upgrades including wall paper & lighting. The foam mattress has been swapped for a top of the like pillow top king mattress. Wheels have nice covers as well as the 3 A/C units. All of the minor things that break in the first year have been addressed including poorly installed window valences & trashy faucets. Everything has been replaced that gave us any trouble at all. The support at Alliance RV is amazing.

The unit has only been moved four times since arriving at Giant RV in Southern California. Once from the dealer, and twice from our home in Kern County down to Santa Clarita where it sat when we worked in LA, totalling maybe 300 miles.

Everything is in like new condition, everything works, it even retains that new car smell. We do not have kids or pets and the two of us treat this 5th Wheel with extreme care. Buy with confidence!
