The Ultimate Family Camper in a Compact Package

When looking for a camper for our family, we wanted all of the amenities in a smaller package that worked well with our 1/2 ton truck. This travel trailer is the perfect choice if that is your situation as well. If you have a 3/4 or 1 ton truck, you will forget you're even towing it because of how lightweight and easy it is to pull.

This unit comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids with an area perfect for the family dog under the bunks. It has every amenity a family could ask for in a compact travel trailer:
-Residential Queen Mattress
-Two oversized, double bunks

-All that with only a 23' total length and 5800 lbs of (loaded) gross weight. Perfectly suited for any half-ton truck or larger. Typically, the entire unit fits in a standard parking lot space.


My family and I loved this camper for off-grid boondocking as well as out of town traveling for 3 years. We have slept comfortably in the unit on 15 degree nights, and on 95 degree nights. We have camped in the mountains without any hookups and at the local RV park. During that time we found small factory issues that have all been addressed and several upgrades have been made along the way. Just to name a few upgrades:
-Soft start AC module allows the air conditioner to run solely off of a small 2500 watt generator, or a standard 15 amp house plug in
-AC thermostat has been upgraded so an exact temperature can be selected and resolves uneven cooling inside

-Level Mate Pro for easy leveling

-Anderson leveling block and drill for stabilizers. Very fast setup
-Water pump has been upgraded to a Seaflo 33 series pump for added pressure and quieter operation
-All drawers have been rebuilt to retain their rigidity while bouncing down the road and fully loaded with dishes and utensils.
-The solar panel system has been upgraded to a 440 watt system that is controlled by a Bluetooth enabled MPPT high efficiency controller. In our experience, the fridge/freezer can run indefinitely off solar alone.
-Kitchen sink faucet has been replaced to a pull-down style faucet to make washing dishes much more convenient
-An extra smoke alarm has been added for a back-up safety and redundancy measure in addition to the factory smoke/CO detector.
-The roof has been completely replaced under warranty after the dealer found the roof rack was not properly sealed. All decking, membrane and roof sealant was replaced in 2024. No interior damage was done. The dealership performed the service to prevent future leaking.

Much more can be said but this at least covers the majority of it. In short, it is a fantastic camper that balances size and comfort for most families. It excels with long distance traveling, miles per gallon, and being untethered to parks or full hookups. With my current diesel truck, I get 14-16 mpg pulling this compact camper. We planned to keep it forever, but fell into the trap of a larger travel trailer recently. Not in any rush to sell, but very much wish it goes to a good home and owners that will enjoy it for a very long time!
