Has 3 air conditioners. One is 2 years old, the middle one has recently been replaced. New updated couch, thermostat is Micro air, combination locks on both doors, Splendide Washer and vented to outside dryer. Dyer is 4 years old washer is 1 year old. New tires in September 2025.
It has the generator and the gas tank on it. Uses 30lb propane bottles that are included. Kleen Tanks cleaned the tanks about 4 weeks ago. The whole RV was just recently professionally cleaned inside. We've used a water softener since the day we bought it so there is no build up in the pipes. Water softener goes with it. Updated faucets in both baths and the kitchen. Awnings work. No leaks, the garage door works. The back bunks go up and down, slides all work. Roof has been inspected yearly by certified RV mechanics. Updated foam queen mattress. The bed was cut down from a king to a queen but can be restored easily. Has original valances and blinds but we used black out curtains over that. Replaced the valves under all sinks so you won't need to do so.
We are 30 min away from this RV so will show it by appointment only. But you will be able to run water with all the faucets, test all the air conditioners, the slides and so on.
