We are selling our 2020 Riverstone 39FK. We purchased this unit brand new in 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed the build quality and luxury finishes. This beautiful 5th wheel is a front kitchen design with residential fridge, dishwasher, real wood cabinets, central vacuum, washer/dryer combo, 2 fireplaces (1 in master bedroom, 1 in living room) 2 large TV's and 3 AC units. We spent some time in this 5th wheel over a Colorado Winter and a few months in summer in Florida and I can tell you this is a true 4-season unit.

As you can see from the pictures there is no living room furniture. My wife and I removed it planning to add residential furniture, but our plans have recently changed, and we are decided to let her go. Also, pictured is some aluminum wheel well damage the was caused by a blow-out. We received an insurance estimate to repair, and it was $1500. Our price reflects both the furniture replacement and the sidewall damage. (There was no structural damage to the unit, just aluminum flare and plastic shroud.

We priced this unit aggressively and well below market value to allow the new owners to set up the living room how you want it. Before we removed the furniture, we had a nice desk in one of the living room slide outs which made it a great work from home space...

We have title in hand and this beast is ready to go. Would be an amazing full time living unit.
