44 Foot Toy Hauler 5th Wheel

This has been an ideal set up for our family of 6 to travel across the country in. Amenities include
-Large bathroom set up with tub shower
-Electric fireplace heater
-King size bed in master bedroom
-Large closet in master bedroom
-Combo washer/dryer
-Loft above back room
-Dining room table - unique to this unit (we added ourselves)
-Rear 10,000BTU portable AC unit (added)
-Triple bunk bed in toy hauler space
-Large kitchen
-Residential fridge
-Gas stove
-Convection microwave
-Carpet squares in garage area
-2 awnings

*Camper has been used and shows signs of ware - this is why we are listing at a good price for new owner to have room to do work on it.

*I still have the queen bed and benches that raise and lower in the garage area as well as the all season doors that close the garage in when the back door is open

Current repairs that are needed - we have used the camper for the last couple of years with these issues - all of them can be worked around or repaired;
-Generator not cranking
-Front jacks slipping slightly over time (moves slightly and makes sound - have used camper with this issue for over two years now)
-Tires wearing a bit unevenly

Recent Upgrades
-Shackles replaced about 1 year ago
-Water pump replaced about 5 months ago
