We bought this camper new in 2021. It is in excellent condition. We have used it only about a dozen times. It is a great couple's camper; however, there is room for one child or small adult to sleep on the dinette that makes a bed. Rear kitchen, big pantry. Theater seating with 50" tv. Speakers inside and out. CD player, DVD and stereo. Electric fireplace added under TV. Queen size bed with upgraded memory foam mattress that has been covered with mattress cover. Porcelain toilet. Camper has two AC units. Awning in excellent condition. Roof has been resealed three (3) times for maintenance. We've never had any leaks and/or problems of any kind with this camper. Camper has electric jack and electric stabilizers. Upgraded all tires in 2023. It has been great! We are selling to get a 5th wheel. Extended warranty good until 01/23/2027. It is transferrable. In addition, we paid $1,500 for paint protection. Protects against weather-related fading, chalking, loss of gloss, UV damage, hot water spots etc.... We have all the paperwork for the camper.
