This is a pre-covid build, non-smoking, well maintained with the 4-season package with outdoor kitchen with cabinets, fridge, grill we never used, and a TV hookup

The kitchen is equipped with new fridge (2025) and ample counter space, the kitchen oven clean- never used. The pantry upgraded with commercial     steel shelving. New onboard water pump (2025), slide toppers (2025), brakes (2025), tires (2025), battery (2026), 2 Acs (2023 and 2025) and new BPPro controller (2026) (can control through App on phone as well). There are also a back-up camera and an independent solar panel. We had planned on keeping her but our situation changed.

Other notable features - The Kitchen faucet is an upgrade and new. Note this unit also has a fresh water spigot with pump to use with a 5 gal. water jug under the side cabinet no more plastic water bottle waste! Plenty of lighting and all are dimmable for ambiance and comfort.

The dinette has large windows to enjoy the scenery. In fact, much of the kitchen, dining and living room allow uninterrupted views of your campsite. The sofa is a queen sleeper and offers comfortable seating for reading, lounging, watching nature out the windows of the entertainment center and fireplace, and the entertainment center provides endless hours of enjoyment. There are also two recliners with chargers, vibration and lighting.

Moving to the bedroom, you will find a cozy oasis with plenty of storage space for all your belongings. There is a dresser, large closet with shelving above the rod and behind the rod. There is another closet that currently has shelving, but can be removed for a W/D hookup is in place.

The bathroom is equally impressive, with a roomy shower and upgraded shower fixtures.

Outside, the Eagle shines with its exterior kitchen with outdoor fridge, cabinets and grill drawer we never used the grill. There is a propane hookup for your smoker or flattop grill. There are two awnings, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors.  There are 3 slides with new toppers.  The spacious storage compartments in the basement allowing for easy access to all your camping gear. There is a hitch for a bike or kayak rack.

This is a very well-maintained unit ready for your adventures! She is very comfortable and very easy to tow.  The leveling system is also operational through the phone app allowing you to tweak individual levelers for perfect balance.

Note on the 10 year rule - this is primarily used at luxury resorts as a legal way to turn down RVs that have not been maintained and things like renovated school buses most places do not even ask. These resorts ask for pictures of your rig - as long as it is well maintained - they do not turn away customers.
