This is a pre-covid build, non-smoking, well maintained with the 4 season package with outdoor kitchen (fridge, grill - never used) Upgrades include kitchen and shower faucets, 2 new AC units, new BPpro controller (can control through App on phone as well), new brakes, new high-end trailer tires, new fridge, new slide toppers, all "exits" filled so creatures cannot get in (have never had a mouse or ants!) black tank professional cleaned yearly ( we were told they have not seen a tank so well maintained and clean!! LOL). The kitchen oven clean- never used. The pantry upgraded with commercial stainless steel shelving that clear pantry bins fit perfectly to keep all your kitchen belongings in place. Added a huge amount of functionality to the kitchen! It has a hitch receiver in the rear for a bike rack - The unit is wired for solar -we have an independent solar panel to go with it, if wanted. We opted to not have any placed on the roof.

This is a very well maintained unit ready for your adventures! She is very comfortable and very easy to tow. She is ready for the next adventure with you! We have loved her and hate to let her go; we bought a different unit as we are not traveling as much. Please reach out with any questions.
