So this could be a very sweet deal for someone who doesn't mind doing a little bit of the work. We purchased this top-of-the-line RV at a charity auction. We threw in a bid, not thinking we would get it and we did. This is top of the line with 3 slides, Built in Central van and combo washer dryer..So here's the good and the bad. All the major stuff works fine. It runs strong, both transmission and engine. The house AC works great. The generator fires right up. In all reality, its completely usable and drivable as it is. This RV was $260,000 new. It is the top of the line. Built on a Spartan chassis with the 400 hp caterpillar engine. Tires have great traed and are only 5 years old with very few miles on them..Only 67,000 miles. On the flipside the RV does need a lot of small things. Things like the automatic step isn't working. The backup camera is only working on the sound side, but there is no picture. The dining table has been removed as you can see. And the previous owner had a cat that Clawed the leather seats. (weird as there is otherwise no signs of pets in the RV. No stains, No smells, etc)..It is also missing one of the outside access covers as you can see on the passenger side and some of the interior light covers as you can see in the photos as well. It does have paint wear above the windshield and a crack in The windshield..The large awning has been removed .. The previous owner took out the old audio amp and had purchased a new amp that is there but nothing is hooked up so the radio does not work..Solar has been added to the top...These generally sell for $75,000-$90,000 but because it needs a lot of small stuff, we are pricing it to move fast. If someone doesn't buy it in 30 days time then we will have someone come in and fix all of this stuff. After that, the price will go up considerably. So if you're looking to get a top-of-the-line RV at a great price and are willing to do a little bit of the elbow work then this is your RV. We have a clear title in hand.
