This is a very lightly used, well cared for 37 foot fifth wheel. We have used it for about 7000 miles and have worked out all of the loose bolts screws and bugs. It has an extended warranty thats good for another 2 1/2 years. It has the add-on backup camera system, and has a solar system that consists of 200 watts of solar panel with 210 amp hours of brand new Lion Energy lithium phosphate batteries. In the last few months, we have changed the hitch out from the standard fifth wheel to a GOOSEBOX gooseneck hitch which really makes a difference in the ride and is easier to hook up and unhook. The original fifth wheel hitch is still available if desired. We had pulled this with our GMC 2500 with airbags without problems. New brakes have only 50 miles. The usual cheap original tires have about 4000 miles left on them.
