The unit is in excellent condition It has been parked under a cover for the last 6 years It has only been used probably 20 times a year Its parked in a permanent spot . Im the second owner I pulled it 110 miles when I bought it It hasnt been moved since then.The tires are still new The furniture was reupholstered before I owned it Ive added the two end tables The carpet was replaced The wood work is in excellent condition Ive taken very good care of the unit. It does sleep four people. It has 3 TV s And 50 amp service.
