Complete set of 6 YOKOHAMA 16 ply tires 275 P70 R 22.5 were purchased in October 2022. Approximately 25,000 mile on tires. All window valances inside the coach were upgraded with BRAND NEW day/night roller shades from REC PRO.

All service records have been saved since newly purchased by original owner.

Our RV has always been kept under cover for weather protection during ownership.

Only issue we have not been able to correct is that the awning over the driver's entry door will not extend fully out.

We have chosen to downsize to a smaller travel unit.
