This is a clean RV in excellent shape for its age and impeccably cared for. Roof has been reconditioned every year Ive owned it. Im the 2nd owner. Black water tank flushed and cleaned regularly.

No title; I HAVE the original title and first sale sign-over, I can provide a notarized Bill of Sale, but I never titled or registered it as it was stationary the entire time I had it (aside from towing to and from Dry Storage).
