1999 Monaco Dynasty 36 Suite Slide Class A Diesel Pusher
This is the epitome of 90s luxury, engineering, and craftsmanship. From the moment you enter, the Dynasty envelops you in rich medium oak cabinetry, carpet, and tile. This well-cared for coach offers the perfect blend of performance, comfort and quality. Bathed in natural light from its expansive panoramic windshield, the captains deck is a welcoming command center, with intuitive controls and plush, electronically controlled leather seats, including a power-reclining passenger chair.
Behind the drivers area, the large slide-out expands the living and gallery areas. Contained in these areas are a convertible sofa sleeper, a J-couch/settee, and an extendable dining table and chairs. Storage abounds, with raised wood cabinetry flanking every zoneno detail was spared. All furniture, trim, and the dashboard are wrapped in leather.
The galley kitchen rivals home kitchens with Corian countertops, a 3-burner stove, deep, double-basin stainless sink, and a large, wood-paneled, 4-door refrigerator with ice maker. (propane or electric). Vinyl tile flooring in the galley wipes clean effortlessly, and the large pantry adjacent to the kitchen provides extensive storage for food, cookware, and tableware. A new Sharp microwave/convection R-1874T oven was installed in May 2021. All appliances work perfectly.
Amidship is the split-bath layout, separated from the living and bedroom areas by oak sliding pocket doors. The private toilet room includes yet more storage. Next to the toilet room is the vanity, including storage underneath and 3 sliding drawers, and a large mirrored medicine cabinet to hold your medicines and personal hygiene items. Across the walkway is the spacious glass door shower. Remotely controlled exhaust MaxxAir fans in the toilet and bath areas, allow for both powered exhaust or intake, and passive ventilation while traveling.
The rear master suite features a walk-around queen bed, which lifts to access a roomy storage area. The bedroom has his-and-hers closets, dual Corian-topped nightstands, wood & glass doored cabinets above the nightstands, and raised oak cabinets surrounding the room.
Outside, the luxury continues: a full-width, pass-through storage compartment swallows gear like BBQs, chairs, and other camping equipment. One half of this compartment contains a sliding cargo tray for easy access to your gear. A large patio awning and individual window awnings let you savor fresh air rain or shine, while solar capability keeps you powered off-grid. The paint is very good, with no checkering. There is some flaking of the clear-coat on the door and front cap. The previous owner put some rubs/scratches on the bottom of a couple of the compartments (one area on each side). We are the second owner of this beautiful coach, and have owned it for 4.5 years. The coach has always been stored under cover/carport, and has never been lived in full-time.
