We bought this camper new and have taken very good care of it. There are no leaks anywhere from the roof to the undercarriage. There is a new electric water heater. The tires are less than a year old. The recliners are less than one year old. The two way fridge works perfectly along with the gas cooktop and convection microwave. There is a huge outside storage area in the rear as well as a pass through storage area in the front. There is also storage space under the sofa which folds down into a day bed. The bed is a Murphy with an excellent mattress and pad. There is ample closet space on either side of the bed as well as the bathroom. The awning is new, less than a year old. Both propane tanks are full. The house battery is fully charged and working well. The slide out is in perfect condition and works great. I am also including a weight distribution/stabilizer hitch rated at 10,000 lbs.. Included is a leveling kit as well as jack pads along with slide out supports. There is a mini fridge in the outside storage area. This camper is in a storage facility now and will be shown from there. I am asking $10,000 (OBO) CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK.
