This is a 2016 Layton Trident 359RL 5th Wheel. The length of this trailer is 35' and has just about everything you would expect in a travel trailer. This trailer has served as a space for my dad to live in on our RV pad while we built him an ADU. We purchase this in August of 2024 and he lived in it full time for 12 months. We have both extremely cold temperatures in the winter down in the 20's and extremely hot summers up to 115 degrees. In the winter we used space heaters as the floor heater does us a lot of propane and we had the 50A power available. In the summer with two roof AC units he was able to maintain comfortable cool atmosphere.

Everything works and did not pride us any issues over the time used. This is a used trailer and could use some TLC and is priced accordingly. We need this off of our property now and are willing to work a deal.

As you can see in the pictures we have a very sturdy set of wood stairs with a platform that is available, this is a 4'x4' platform with 4' wide stairs.
