22 foot camper. This RV is only 5 years old. It was only taken out camping a handful of times. Only weights 4450 lbs empty.

The inside is in very good condition. There are a few dings here and there and one sink has some damage. The refrigerator works well. The air conditioning blows hard and cold. It has a propane heater that also works well and has a thermostat. It has a sound system with bluetooth and and a on-board vacuum system.

Just installed 2 new 6 V, batteries a couple months ago. With all LED lighting and a propane frige you can shore camp a good while without needing to recharge.

The rubber roof is in great condition. It has had annual maintenance.

The tires are in good shape for five years old.

There is some minor damage to the exterior near the bedroom window on the driver's side. There are pictures of it listed. 12K OBO...
