If you know Mobile Suites, you know theyre built to a higher standard than most fifth wheels on the road. This 2012 38REPS is a solid, well-cared-for coach that was designed for real comfort and long-term use, not just weekend trips.

It has brand new 16-ply tires and is loaded with quality features throughout. Dual electric awnings provide great outdoor coverage. Inside, the coach feels noticeably more open thanks to the higher ceilings Mobile Suites is known for.

The living area includes a fireplace, a couch that converts into a bed, and a coffee table that raises into a dining table. The Sony TV is built into a cabinet and rises up at the push of a button, keeping things clean and functional when not in use.

The kitchen features Corian countertops, a large newer residential refrigerator, and plenty of storage. Theres also a central vacuum system, which is a nice touch you dont see on many rigs.

The bedroom has a king bed, and the coach is equipped with two AC units to keep it comfortable in hotter weather. Full body paint with clear coat gives it a high-end look that still stands out.

The only real issue outside is some minor clear coat peeling on the passenger-side rear. Its cosmetic and doesnt affect function.
