This DRV Mobile Suites 39DBRS3 is one of the most popular floor plans, a bath and a half.
40' 10" long an 8.5' wide with 3 ¼", well insulated hung walls. With a GVWR of 21,000 pounds a DRW or large truck is recommended. I've pulled this trailer with no problems a with a 2011 Ford F-350 and now with a 2020 Ford F-450 (Star White Limited 38,000 miles will be available after the trailer sells or is traded). Hitch used is a Trailer Saver BD5 and will also be available, goes with the trailer or sold separately with the truck.

Notes:

Recliners are Thomas Payne, electric recline, heat and massage. Heat and massage never really worked well and one recliner does not operate with the electronics. The electronic control is about the same price as a new non-RV recliner

The MOR/ryde electric steps can be a bit temperamental, but we prefer the electric steps over the alternative

The break-away switch needs to be replaced, a new switch is ready for install when the weather cooperates.
