We bought this 2022 Thor Aria 3401 in Dec 2024 after a lot of research into smaller diesel pushers. This unit checked all the boxes:

I I am a 40 year veteran of yacht sales so I know how to maintain high end products. When we bought the unit, I had it professionally inspected (report available) and had the dealer we bought it from and then a subsequent RV tech remedy all the findings to my satisfaction.

I We also had a few of the odd Thor issues fixed like the fuel fills were set up wrong and you couldn't fill at full pump speed. Literally a$1000 fix and every unit is done wrong at the factory. Also Tightened the exterior mirrors.

Plus I had the unit totally serviced in early 2025 (all fluids inc trans, gen, steering etc) at the local Cummins /Freightliner dealer and also checked for any other issues. ($5K service).
At the same time I had an air line installed for tow vehicle brakes. (Tow vehicle, hitch and applicable gear available separately.)

The unit was serviced again in Dec 2025 for oils on the Cummins and Gen for the 2026 season. ($1500 service).

We have driven the unit about 5000 trouble free miles in 12 months and we throughly enjoyed it but business will prevent us from using it as much in 2026 so we have now decided to sell this turn key class A.

She is kept on private property and always plugged in to 50 amp service. Short term 1-2 months storage could be arranged.

The MH will be sold complete with $1000+ in spare parts (ask for list) as well as everything you need to go enjoy it today. (All the proper hoses; water, waste flush, multiple sewer hoses) etc. Everything bought was top of the line gear.
