Everything works except for the rooftop ACs, they both stopped working around the same time, that's when I replaced them with a mini split system which is much quieter, more efficient and provides both AC and Heat. Gas heat works, we also added an electric 8 gallon water heater to supplement the gas water heater so we could have longer hot showers (now we have 15-20 mins in the winter or 25 mins in summer).
