This is a beautiful couples coach. Well appointed, great condition. RLTS = Rear living, triple slide. Living area includes sofa (pull out bed), 2 swivel recliners, fireplace, 46 TV, AM/FM/CD, hardwood table and comfortable dining chairs (4). Bedroom up front, over truck bed features full queen bed, windows on both sides for cross ventilation, wired for TV, AC unit for bedroom, good storage and closet space, reading lamps, and more. Bathroom: two entry through bedroom or via hallway. Nice sized shower, medicine cabinet, under counter storage, porcelain toilet.
Triple slide: One in bedroom/bathroom good closet and wardrobe space. This slideout enables good space on either side of bed for easy access. Opposing slideouts in living area creates spacious area and feel.
Gas stove, gas or electric refrigerator, microwave, double sink in kitchen. Nice work area and storage in kitchen area. Water heater is gas or electric. Gas furnace. Two AC units (one in bedroom, one in living area). Great storage area in basement two compartments with easy access and lots of space.
Extra equipment is negotiable.
This unit has been well cared for and always shedded when not on the road. New tires about 4,000 miles ago.
Everything is in good working order. Ready to go! It is currently winterized and in the shed. The fifth wheel hitch is available as well; fits easily into pickup bed.
