1 Owner 2016 Solitude for sale. Unit has an on board Onan 5.5 kw propane generator that runs entire rv if needed with an owner installed 2nd house battery with separate switch for generator backup. Upgraded dual ducted AC in living area and bedroom. Upgraded king size bed. Full size residential fridge and dishwasher. This unit also has the 4 season package. New brakes in 2023 and new tires in 2024. There is some fading of exterior along with some loss of gel coat on top of nose cone. There was also 3 separate 1/4 inch or less tears in roof membrane that resulted in soft spots that have been repaired. This was done by a local rv maintenance business. All damaged spots were within in the same section of the roof. That section was removed, replaced, covered with a new piece of membrane and then rubberized roll on roof was applied over entire roof.
