This 2004 American Coach Tradition 40J is a luxurious Class A motorhome that has ben garage kept and is in excellent condition. The coach has been used for family vacations and never lived in full time. With a mileage of 106,700 miles, this motorhome has proven its durability and reliability on the road. It has been the owners baby and well taken care of. The Tradition model is known for its spacious and well-appointed interior, featuring high-end furnishings and amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With four slide outs its a spacious interior. The exterior of the coach has been waxed twice yearly and is in excellent condition. All components of the coach are in working order. The onan Generator has 2100 hours and like the coach has had all rotuine services as recommended.
In 2022 the coach had the following upgrades : new tires, two new roof a/c units, new residential fridge, new hot water heater, new roof coating and new house batteries.

NOTE - The 2nd sleeper couch has been removed and as the picures show has a recliner chair in its place. The couch is in excellent condition and avaliable to be reinstalled.
