2020 Grand Design Reflection 31MB bunkhouse 5th wheel. Excellent condition and recently updated with a new reclining couch and loveseat. Flooring and carpeting are in good condition, no current maintenance needs. Wheel bearings were done 1 year ago, roof was thoroughly cleaned and conditioned and the body was waxed at the same time. We used this on 3 brief trips for a remote office and home until sadly, i was no longer able to work remotely. We are only the 2nd owners. We temporarily removed the lower bunkbed (it can be reinstalled) to store our bikes more safely and securely. I used the bunkhouse as an office and placed 2 24" monitors on the bunkroom desk with no space issues. What is included: Brand new bedding, aftermarket queen mattress, dishes, pots, pans, all hoses, drain supplies, antenna pole for Starlink, new 3 burner gas BBQ, mini-fridge in exterior storage compartment, tire covers, 3 wireless cameras (rear, L&R side) w/cab receiver, wireless tire pressure/temperature monitoring system with receiver for the cab to know constant tire condition and help avoid an issue while towing. 2 new endtables with wired USB outlets/110v plugs.
This 5th wheel is in excellent shape and is in far superior in condition and appearance than any other units we have seen. You need to see it in person to believe it.
