The 2017 JAYCO JAY FLIGHT SLX 260BH is a reliable and spacious travel trailer that is perfect for anyone looking to hit the road and explore the great outdoors. With a new suspension that boasts around 100 miles on the odometer because the entire suspension was replaced and upgraded. This trailer is ready for many more adventures. It's lightweight design makes this travel trailer a flexible choice for towing as my Ford F-150 can handle the weight easily.

This particular 2017 JAYCO JAY FLIGHT SLX 260BH is an excellently maintained rig.

Some changes:

I removed a purely cosmetic (and in our mind completely useless) wall, as well as the standard couch, to open up the space. The "RV queen" mattress and frame was tossed into the garbage the moment we bought the trailer. In its place I built a very sturdy and roadworthy king sized bed frame while retaining and improving the storage space below. We placed two XL-twin memory foam mattresses in the space on top of the frame and it works beautifully well. You never really know when the other person is entering or exiting the bed space (and that is paramount), and the mattress is at window level, so the view out the window when waking can be breath taking. I converted the bunkhouse space into a walk in pantry, as well as for an area for a litter box to be stowed away from people (very, very helpful for when traveling with a cat). Or, that former bunkhouse can be used for a pet and/or human relaxation space. I also installed a supplemental mini fridge and shelving in that space. I installed a security camera system with three cameras on the outside of the RV.

This is a unique trailer meant for the right person(s). We are fond of this fine chariot and want for it to arrive at a great home.

The lightweight construction and aerodynamic design make towing a breeze - my Ford F-150 class can crush the passes with it behind me. The stabilizer jacks ensure a smooth and stable experience while inside the rig, especially while sleeping. Fire suppression at the water heater and refrigerator gas points makes peace of mind possible when leaving those components lit while hiking in the boonies.
