Great condition with mild to moderate use. Has been in storage for a year and only used for about eight months. I have title in hand and pictures attached. The camper will be detailed this Tuesday. The AC is excellent and there is nothing wrong with the camper. The stove has not been used. Neither has the microwave and the shower has been used maybe three times. The bathroom has only been used mildly.
