Excellent condition, well taken care of, have not had any issues at all with this RV. No pets, no smoking. Only travel has been from dealer to seasonal sites. King bed, residential shower and refrigerator, electric fireplace and hot water heater. Heated underbelly, heated tanks, three AC units. Great insulation, does great living in Winter weather without skirting or window coverings.
