we had a hard wired surge protector added, so the trailer is protected from campsites power surges that can destroy RVs components

This is a Four Season Package RV 

you can go anywhere and be comfortable not worrying about the cold/hot weather or snow!

Also had slide out awning added, over the slide out room to help protect it from tree branches, leaves etc

Trailer has been extremely well maintained and only used about 5 times 

The trailer never has had any issues.   

We are very detailed oriented about our things so we keep up on maintaining our trailer to be like new all the time

 This is very modern and very light inside  very relaxing vibe throughout entire trailer   Who ever buys the trailer will get the essentials needed for sewer set-up like hoses, hookups, caterpillars to slope your sewer hoses   Your water hook-ups with hose and spigots

The portable sewer tote, that was used one time.  And the stackable blocks, as well as the chalks, and the expensive stabilizer blocks, that make a huge difference in keeping your trailer from moving so much when your walking around inside trailer or have those little ones running, jumping around etc

And the trailer tow kit sway bar stabilizers can go with trailer if you want it 

But, it’s always recommended when buying a used trailer to buy a new Sway Bar Equalizer Set for your own vehicle 

The tires on the trailer are like new because really never went more than 400 miles 

But, because they’re more than a few yrs old.  

I lowered the price so if you choose to get new tires you can.   All the extras I’m including are worth $1500 or more in everything that comes with trailer as well as the additional cost of added a/c, hard wire surge protector, and slide out awning,

 all professionally installed by camping world costing roughly $3,500 extra.  These Jayco 26rl, and 27rl run anywhere from $39,000-$52,000
