This 5th wheel is a big as they get and big enough for full time living. There are two rooms on the main floor, a dining room and a separate living room with a set of French doors that can be closed to provide privacy. Each room has a TV or a mount for a TV. The rear room has 2 full size recliners, 3 person couch that doubles as a bed, ceiling fan, fireplace, ample storage compartments and a 60" TV. The dining room has a 4 chair dinette, island and had a 2 person couch but it had been replaced with a desk (not included). There is room for a 64" x 22" desk with an office chair. The camper is self contained, it has a 5500 watt propane generator and the 4 door refrigerator will run on propane when no electricity. The tanks are big and will last about a week without connections. The roof membrane is PVC (superior to rubber) and is in good condition. The shower is large, has a washer/dryer and there is a king sized bed. All appliances work except the AM/FM radio. The jack system is electric and auto-leveling. There are jack stabilizers that stop all movements. X-chocks and tripod stabilizer included. There is some de-lamination from sun/heat above the slideouts and the floor had 2 soft spots but those were repaired. The slideouts operation and alignment is excellent. All wiring is in perfect condition. The unit can be fully demonstrated.
