Trailer is in good shape, low mileage, well maintained. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo & ample counter space, kitchen with good size fridge, stove, and sink, 24 inch TV, couch turns into the bed, table with 2 bench seats (converts to a small bed), and a power awning with LED lights. Theres also an outdoor fridge and shower hookup that make camping really convenient. It's easy to tow (we use a Nissan Frontier), and it fits comfortably in most driveways.

Sticker on the trailer states that the weight of the trailer is 1582 Kg (3488 Lbs) with water tanks full, waste tanks empty. Cargo weight is 87 Kg (192 Lbs ), all tanks empty - 465 lbs. We had no problems pulling it over the mountain passes with our 6 cylinder Frontier.
