This a 2007 Trailmanor Model 2720 in excellent condition. If you are not familiar with Trailmanors, it is a very spacious hard sided pop up camper with a Queen bed, full bath, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, heat, AC, and radio. Because of its low height when closed, it tows easily and only uses one additional gallon of gas per 100 miles. Everything works, the pillow seal is in good condition and the top has a proper crown. We are selling "Turtle" for health and age reasons only.

It has an electric jack and we have added a rechargeable combination lock to the door so you never have to worry about losing the keys. Turtle also has a Laveo Dry Flush toilet so you will not have to worry about odor or having to empty a black tank.

The TV antenna raises and lowers properly (photo) and we have had good results using only that for TV reception. There is also an outside cable jack if you use a campground that provides cable TV hookeups. Our TV will be included with the TM.

Our weight distribution hitch will be included, along with a wireless Curt Echo brake controller if the buyer does not have one installed in their tow vehicle. The tires are Goodyear endurance with about 500 miles on them. We have added insulation under our mattress and use a 2" memory foam topper which will also be also included, along with any decorative items shown in the photos. I have included photos of the counter and stools on both sides of the camper. They were on the right when we bought it but we normally use it on the left with the TV on it.

Owners Manuals and detailed instructions for setting up and taking down the Trailmanor are included. We will also demonstrate the process for any buyer who is not familiar with Trailmanors.
