SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!

Of course, this coach is vintage, and with that, it needs work, which is why this should be considered a project coach. It does run and drive. Some things that need attention that we can see or know are listed here, but this should not be a comprehensive list since we have been bequeathed this coach and were not the primary owners, therefore lacking full knowledge:

- carpet is original and needs replacing

-engine fires from back switch only in engine compartment - not from key in cockpit (this is how dad had started it for years and it didn't bother him enough to fix it)

-the passenger side has a window section that is missing the exterior of the dual pane window

-the basement ACs in the font of the coach blow but do not cool which is why the roof air was added, the basement AC in the rear of the coach still functions

-the electric heaters in the coach need replacing (there is one replacement that we have but it hasn't been installed), there is a gas furnace that was added but we have not used it. We keep a plug in heater in the tankage compartment to keep it from freezing

-one of the electric solar blinds is off it's roller and needs to be put back

-one of the rv crank open sky lights in the back needs replacing - it doesn't leak into the coach because it has a weather cover over the top so it can be open when it is raining

-awnings function but we cannot get one of the rods on the main awning to move into storage position so it is zip tied

-there are some body issues around a couple of the fenders (fiberglass) and a crack in the fiberglass near one of the headlights

-the tire dates are noted in the photos of the tires

-there are some exterior hard bubbles under the paint (when you press on them they do not move), which on Newell Gurus threads, they say is from electrolysis and is not a structural issue. They say it is on most all coaches of this age, but again, that is just what I have read and that should be more fully researched if that concerns you

We are not RV experts or diesel mechanics. We have taken it on trips (including to Florida from Missouri) since my dad passed, and that is how we have come to know these things noted above, but due to the age of the coach, we are sure this is not an all-inclusive list.

I encourage you to research what a NEWELL is if you don't already know. Serious inquiries can call me at FIVE SEVEN THREE - TWO ONE SIX - EIGHT SIX FOUR FIVE or email jbnicklas@gmail.com. Not all messages sent through RV Trader seem to go through.
