I'm selling my mid bunk room model Grand Design 5th wheel. It's about the newest pre-COVID RV you will find. All systems function properly and the RV is currently hooked up so you can test everything out. The only reason I'm selling this is to transition to a truck camper. It's an AMAZING RV!

It's 36.2 feet long, just under 10,000 pounds.

It has had slide toppers on all slides since we bought it new in 2019. It has never had any leaks or water or slide issues of any kind.

We installed 2 additional manual stabilizer jacks on the rear of RV to compliment the lippert ground control Auto level system.

We have pulled out the glass shower door and replaced it with a shower curtain. We also reinforced the full size bed in the bunk room to support more weight.

The Queen and Full beds also have hypervent barrier installed under mattresses to prevent any condensation build up. A dehumidifier was also always run when the RV was in use to prevent any moisture issues.

It has amazing kitchen living area with so many windows! 2 thermostat controlled air conditioners. Max air flow covers over vent fans in bathroom and kitchen. Very large pantry and lots of storage throughout. It has electric fireplace and TV in living area.

Main bedroom has queen bed. Bunk room has lower full size and upper twin size beds. The dinette converts to a bed and we also replaced the recliners with a day bed which gives another twin sleeping area.

The vinyl on the 3 dinette seat cushions have started to peel. We flipped them over so it's not visible but if that matters to you it will need recovered.

Tires have plenty of tread and look great but if you are hitting the road I would recommend replacing tires due to the age. They have less than 5000 miles on them but are the original tires from 2019.
