I am selling my 2022 Holiday Rambler Nautica 35QZ simply because I don't use it enough to justify keeping it. I bought it with the intention of taking a lot more trips than I actually did, so it has spent most of its time parked. It currently has just under 20,000 miles on it, so the engine is barely broken in and the whole rig still feels very fresh.

Mechanically, this unit is perfect. My son actually owns a diesel repair shop, so this coach has been meticulously maintained from day one. We didn't cut any corners on service, and I made sure everything was inspected and running exactly how it should be before listing it. The generator starts right up, the A/C blows cold, and the Cummins engine runs smooth and strong. You won't have any surprise repair bills with this one.

Inside, the 35QZ layout feels massive because of the four slides. Since I haven't used it much, the furniture is still firm and the interior looks great. I also made sure to have the washer and dryer installed, which is a huge convenience you don't always find in this size range. Everything else is standard for this modelresidential fridge, fireplace, and the televator TV setupand everything works perfectly.

It drives excellent on the Freightliner chassis with the air ride, and at under 40 feet, its easy to manage in state parks. I have the clean title in hand and Im ready to make a deal with someone who will actually take it out and enjoy it.
