We ordered it with several additional options such as the larger 15K air conditioner, the larger 11 cubic foot 12v refrigerator, and power stabilizer jacks. We are non-smokers, have not been in any accidents and the tires were new in 2024 with only approximately 2,000 miles on them. We are from Ohio and have only made 8 out of state trips of less than 12,000 miles total over the past 5 years.
This travel trailer is easy to tow, with a lightweight construction of 4,795 lbs dry weight and is 23 11" in length with 1,905 lbs of cargo capacity and has an aerodynamic design that minimizes wind resistance. This Rockwood Mini Lite 2204S also comes equipped with all the necessary hookups and connections for water, electricity, and waste disposal, making it a breeze to set up at your campsite. It also comes with (2) 30 lb. propane tanks which are filled.

This travel trailer has been meticulously maintained and cleaned and still looks and smells like new. It came with one 200 watt solar panel and 12V 1000 watt invertor, propane griddle and outdoor shower, and we have also upgraded the battery to a lithium ion battery. Also included, is an Equalizer Hitch for towing, rated at 10,000 lbs. It holds 52 gal of fresh water, 30 gal grey and 30 gal black.
