I purchased this RV in February 2024 with the intention of converting it to a mobile medical clinic. It was not completely converted due to time constraints. The bathroom was sectioned off (and shower removed) so that it could be accessed from the exterior rather than walking through the cabin. Thus, it requires outdoor steps to get in to the camper (comes with the camper)

Otherwise, there are no other changes and this RV runs and drives well. It was fully serviced by Cruise America in Feb 2024 and has only been driven about 200 miles since.
